We understand the care of your property is important and we can offer a well run Management Service which includes the following

• Accompanied viewings
• Referencing all tenants via Rent4sure
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreement and relevant legal documents
• Detailed inventory and condition report
• Regular property inspection - the first within 2 months of occupancy then 6 months unless otherwise requested
• Arrangement of property maintenance (cost of works is deducted from the monthly rental and the original invoice is provided to the landlord)
• Collection of monthly rental
• Monthly rental statements

We can also provide a Tenant Introductory Service which includes the following

• Finding and vetting of all tenants via Rent4sure
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreement
• Detailed inventory and condition report

Fee's:-

• Management fee - 13% + VAT of each months rental income
• Tenant introductory service fee - 80% +VAT of the first months rent
• Monthly rent collection service fee - 3% + VAT of the monthly rent
